Step 1步骤1:
Wash the salmon fillet and dry it. Pass it in the flour and season with salt and pepper.

Heat some olive oil in a saucepan and when it is hot add the salmon. Cook for 3 minutes on the skin side

Remove the salmon from the pan and while letting it rest add the butter, capers and lemon juice. Cook for 2 minutes and add the chopped parsley at the end.
